1. The service
ConvertRed provides free online tools to convert and compress files and to convert time zones and units. We may add, change or remove tools at any time without notice.

- to convert only files that you own or have the right to use;
- not to use the Site to infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- not to attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer the Site;

3. Your content
You keep all rights to the files you convert. Because conversions run in your browser, we do not receive, store or claim any rights over your files.
4. Accuracy
We work hard to make conversions accurate, but results are provided for general information. For medical, legal, engineering, financial, aviation or other critical uses, always verify results with an authoritative source.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvertRed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Always keep a copy of your original files.

The Site displays advertisements and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
8. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, logo and code belong to ConvertRed. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
